Basic triceps exercise - prone arm extension -

Note: The upper body is always parallel to the ground, and the upper arm is close to the side of the body.

Action description: Stand prone, bend your elbows and hold the bell, keep your upper arms close to your sides, and your upper body parallel to the ground. Raise the bell-holding hand back and upward until the arm is fully extended, then return it to the original position.
