Stretch your toes to slim down your waist

If you're tired of doing sit-ups, try this exercise.

Lie on the floor with your arms raised vertically toward the ceiling.

Slowly lift yourself up so that your hands are getting closer and closer to your toes - just reach them if you can.

Then return to the starting position. But be sure to do it slowly to fully stretch your muscles. Repeat 15-20 times.
