Five Questions and Answers on Abdominal Exercises

Five answers to abdominal muscle exercises

1. Why am I not fat all over, but I have fat on my belly/sides/lower waist?

Answer: Fat also has its own role in the body. As mentioned before when talking about the three major nutrients, lipids have four important functions on the human body:

*The first is the decomposition function. It is an important source of body heat.
*It then constitutes body tissue and biologically active substances. For example, it forms the cell membrane.
*It also regulates physiological functions and protects internal organs. For example, it can keep the human body warm and absorb shock.
*Dissolved nutrients. The vitamin E that everyone often eats is a representative fat-soluble vitamin.

The main function of our abdominal fat is to protect the abdominal viscera and store energy. The chest cavity has bones and thick muscle layers to protect the internal organs, but there are no bones on the front of the abdominal cavity. The rectus abdominis, internal oblique muscles, external oblique muscles, etc. are relatively thin and cannot protect the abdominal cavity very well. The abdomen needs to be thicker. A thick layer of fat protects the abdominal cavity. Therefore, the abdomen is an area where fat is easily stored and difficult to be consumed.

< p>2. Why do I only have 6-pack abs? Some people have 8 yuan. Why are my left and right abdominal muscles asymmetrical?
The abdominal muscles usually referred to refer to the rectus abdominis, which is actually one piece. But this muscle has a special structure called keystrokes. The number of keystrokes on each side is 3 or 4 for different people, which is genetically determined. In other words, there will usually be 8 pieces or 10 abs. Among them, the majority of people have 3 keys. In other words, there are more people with 8-pack abs.

The white fibers between the two muscles are called the linea alba. The linea alba is wide and narrow at the bottom, with the width reaching 25PX. It becomes a strong line below the umbilicus, so the two muscles at the lower end of the umbilicus are very close to each other and act as a fulcrum, so it is difficult to practice it.

Regarding the asymmetry. If the sizes are different, it means there is an imbalance in muscle development. This can be corrected. If the position is asymmetrical, this can only tell you that the keystroke layout is different innately and cannot be changed the day after tomorrow.
