Stand in front of a squat rack, bend your knees, hold the barbell on the squat rack with both hands and place it on the back of your neck and shoulders.
Bend your knees and squat down until your thighs are parallel to or slightly lower than the ground. Stay still for a second, and then push your feet off the ground with your thighs and buttocks to return your body to an upright position.
