Hearty Breakfast: Cranberry Walnut Oatmeal

                                            <li>1 cup water or skim milk</li>
                                            <li>1 pinch salt</li>
                                            <li>1/2  cup cranberry sauce</li>
                                            <li>1/4  cup chopped walnuts</li>

                            <li>Cook oats according to package instructions (either on stove top or in microwave) with water or milk. </li>
                                    <li>Add salt. Stir cranberry sauce and walnuts into oatmeal. Serve hot. </li>
