Whey Better Pumpkin Pie Yogurt

                                            <li>⅔ cup  canned pure pumpkin puree</li>
                                            <li>⅓ cup  plain, vanilla, or chocolate whey protein </li>
                                            <li>2 tbsp  pure maple syrup

                                            <li>1 tsp  vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla powder)
</li>
                                            <li>1⁄2 tsp  cinnamon</li>
                                            <li>1⁄2 tsp  ground ginger</li>
                                            <li>¼ tsp  ground cloves</li>
                                            <li>⅓ cup  sliced pecans
</li>
                                            <li>¼ cup  dried coconut flakes</li>
                            </ul>
