Breakfast for dinner? It makes sense whan you pack on the protein in eggs Benedict by adding steak. Turkey bacon will still give you that smoky flavor without as many calories, and our proprietary mixture will make you forget all about hollandaise sauce.

<li>6 oz beef tenderloin</li>
<li>1/4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil</li>
<li>2 strips standard-cut turkey bacon</li>
<li>1 whole-wheat English muffin</li>
<li>2 medium eggs</li>
<li>2 jalapeño peppers, chopped</li>
<li>1 scallion, chopped</li>
<li>1 clove garlic</li>
<li>4 tsp distilled white vinegar</li>
<li>1 tsp lime juice</li>

<li>Cut beef in half and coat with olive oil. Wrap each half in a strip of bacon. Place a skillet over high heat. </li>
<li>When pan is hot, add the bacon-wrapped beef to it and cook 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and place on piece on each half of English muffin. </li>
<li>Pour most of the fat out of the pan. Place pan back on the heat and cook both eggs until whites are cooked but yolk is still runny. </li>
<li>While eggs cook, place peppers, scallion, garlic, vinegar, and lime juice in blender and blend. </li>
<li>Remove eggs when cooked and place one on top of each steak. Drizzle pepper mixture over top and enjoy. </li>
